Packaged Feeds Limited is looking for a National Business Development Manager to join our rapidly expanding business that operates as a leading innovator within the Waste, Resource and Recycling Management sector.
The Role
This National Business Development role will be targeted on the acquisition of high value “integrated” contracts of commercial Former Foods Stuffs and recycling services. Targeted to increase organic growth from new business sales whilst promoting our broad range of services offered from within our Packaged Group of Companies.
An understanding of the animal feed sector would be an advantage, focusing on large multi-site organisations within the manufacturing, retail, leisure, distribution, healthcare and education sectors. Liaising with materials recyclers, and clean energy recovery specialists to broker secondary commodities and feed stocks on behalf of our clients and prospects will also be required.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a track record and proven experience in the food waste management / recycling industry of at least five years.
Reporting into our Senior Leadership Team supporting business expansion and brand growth, you will need to possess the necessary drive, ambition, motivation, professionalism and tenacity to deliver new, profitable business through field sales activity, pipeline management, producing and presenting waste solutions to prospects. You should be a self-starter.
The Package
The basic salary on offer for this National Business Development role is commensurate with experience with OTE of over £100,000 plus car and phone allowance, health care, pension, and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
